McDonald York Building Company, headquartered in Raleigh, NC, is one of the oldest and largest local, family-owned commercial general contracting companies in the Triangle. Established by Smedes York and Jack McDonald in 1993, the company roots date back to 1910 when Smedes grandfather, C. V. York started York Construction.
