November 2020 Chapter Appreciation Event
WHEN: November 12th from 6:o0PM – 10:00PM
WHERE: Angus Barn Pavilion

All changes to reservations and/or cancellations must be completed by October 23rd at 5:00PM. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED $135.
We are working closely with the Angus Barn to make this annual special event fun and COVID-19 safe. The following are the changes and guidelines that will be implemented to ensure that social distancing and mask requirements are adhered to:
– Masks will be required at all times unless seated at a table. Please bring your own mask.
– Cocktail Hour will be a seated event with waitress service. No congregating other than while seated at a table.
– Tables will have seating for 8 dinner settings with 2 marked “visitor” chairs.
– “Visitor” chairs at each table will not have a dinner place setting and will allow for socializing safely as you wish to move to visit with different groups.
– Seating will be assigned to ensure that the place setting is not touched by others.
The Angus Barn will be diligent in enforcing the rules to keep everyone safe. With your cooperation we know that we can have a fabulous event.
IMPORTANT: Please register no later than the October 23rd deadline so that we can properly plan. If you cancel your registration less than 14 days prior to the event, you will be charged $135.00.
