Thank you to Interior Elements for hosting the IFMA Greater Triangle Chapter on Wednesday, August 25th at Bloc [83] in Raleigh. Great job Matt Gault for organizing a networking/educational event for our members and guests.
We had a really engaging session with Dr. Mike O’Neill of HumanSpace Solutions where we learned how real-time and historical data from sensors can help determine the behavioral analysis of space utilization. Using the power of this data you can optimize how CapEx is used and invested to reduce occupant stress and increase retention. Another great takeaway included the use of QR codes at workstations coupled with surveys to help FMs understand how the workspace is being used, and even what feelings those workstations evoke from your occupants.
