March 2023 President’s Message
March is here, and I cannot believe how fast 2023 is going. In just over a week, we are having our 4th Annual IFMA Carolinas Summit and Gala in Charlotte. For those of you who have signed up, I look forward to seeing you there as it is going to be a great event.
On March 16th, we will be having our annual March Madness event at Rally Point, and all donations will support the Boys and Girls Club. If you haven’t attended this event before, I highly recommend it. It is a lot of fun, a great opportunity to network, and is all for a great organization! With warmer weather comes our Chapter Golf Event scheduled for April 26th, and again this is an amazing event.
It is hard to believe that in a couple of months, the leadership team will be having a retreat to begin planning for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. Input from you is needed to ensure we are continuing to move the Chapter in the right direction. In the coming weeks, you will receive a survey from the Chapter. The feedback that you provide on that survey, along with feedback we’ve received throughout the year will be vital to developing our strategy for the 2023-2024 year. In years past, our survey response rate has been about 20%. This year, I’d like to challenge each of you to complete the survey.

- March Madness Event – 3/16
