February 2022 Tour and Social
McDonald York enjoyed hosting and sponsoring February’s tour for IFMA’s Greater Triangle Chapter at their construction site for a future Ligand Facility. The space is located at 1035 Swabia Court in Durham and is being constructed in a 2nd generation single story multi-tenant building owned and managed by Longfellow Real Estate Partners. The project consists of 27,500 SF of lab and office space.
McDonald York has been proactive in managing the current market conditions and material delays affecting specifically cold room and roof top mechanical equipment to minimize the impact on the overall schedule. The project is expected to finish in April.
Thanks to both Ruppert Landscape and McDonald York for sponsoring the social following the tour at Lou Lou Bang Bang where our committees set up tables to discuss their needs!
