Just like that, we are entering the tail end of the year, and the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays will be here before we know it. If the leaves weren’t turning colors, I don’t think I would believe it is November as it is currently 80 degrees outside as I type this message.

Looking back on October we have had a great month of activity within the Chapter. We started the month with a great showing from our Chapter at World Workplace in San Antonio. Then our Community Outreach Committee held our annual Bingo for Bones event in which we raised $3,200 that will be distributed to three different animal rescue groups. Last but certainly not least, our Young Professionals Group held a Halloween meet-up at Bond Brothers.

Coming up in November, we are looking forward to our Annual Chapter Appreciation Event at The Angus Barn on the evening of the 7th. This is always a great time and something I look forward to every year! On November 12th we will be hosting our Coffee and Credentials Breakfast event at SAS from 7:30 am-9:00 am. We hope to see a great turnout for this informational session on how our professional members can continue to expand their “tool belt” of certifications. We welcome associate members to join in on this event if you bring a professional member or prospective member along with you!

As always, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions. Thanks for all you do to support our Chapter.

Thanks,
