President’s Message We are off to a great start in 2016! As I told my friend Jeff Tyburski a couple of years ago, the success (or sauce) of GTC of IFMA is wonderful, and we don’t want to mess with that in any way! However, we continue to probe and discover ways to freshen things up continually without affecting the end product of our dynamic Chapter. We have a new venue for our lunch meetings at Brier Creek and have already received quite a bit of feedback that this was a good move. Over the past 2 years, we hired part time help to assist with administration and bookkeeping to reduce the time burden on our valuable leaders and volunteers. As our Professional Member event was a success last year, we hope to do that again on April 7th with an informational and lively discussion on a core competency related to Facility Management. We are looking at some fresh ideas for community involvement, socials, and networking. Should you have any suggestions or ideas, please reach out to me or anyone in leadership.
