An Evening to Remember – Happy Holidays!

Every year we always wonder how we could possibly top our previous Member Appreciation event. Thanks to the incredible efforts of our volunteers we did it! Our fourth annual Member Appreciation event was the best one yet with 176 registered attendees. Our Community Outreach Committee did an incredible job with the care packages for our troops. The USO color guard set the tone for the evening and everything seemed to roll from there. Special thanks to our Networking and Events Committee for doing such a great job setting up the event and our Membership Committee for running the registration table and providing a warm welcome. As everyone knows, it takes an incredible amount of energy and planning to make a successful event seem effortless. If you were unable to attend this year, make sure to put it on your calendar for next year. I am sure we will yet again find a way to raise the bar and make our next annual Member Appreciation event even better.

With the holiday season fast upon us, I would like to wish everyone a merry Christmas, a Happy New Year and safe travels. Remember to take some time to step back from the fast pace of holiday planning and end of year work details to be thankful for what you have. Simple heartfelt appreciation to those who are important in our lives is often the most meaningful gift of the season.
